Ryland Homes
Ryland Homes is offering special incentives, in addition to current promotions, to all Lamar CISD employees. Employees will receive up to $8000 in options or up to $4000 in closing costs. This amount is determined by the base price of the home and equates to 2% in options or 1 % in closing costs. In addition, a $1,000 donation will be made to the Lamar Educational Awards Foundation (L.E.A.F.) when each employee sale closes. Please call 713-856-2845 for complete details on the Program.
*Restrictions Apply: To qualify must be a Lamar CISD employee. Program applies to only new sales and program must be disclosed at the time of contract. Program cannot be combined with other sources of sale (ie. Move Up Program, Rent with Equity, realtor co-op, another business partner CPP program, etc.). Speeding ticket? Upcoming teen driver in the house? Drivethefoundation.com is an online way for a Parent-Teen taught Driver Education course or for defensive driving.
