Summer Writing Camp will take place Monday, June 17-Thursday, June 20 from 9:00 am to noon. This camp is recommended for all students taking the STAAR EOC writing exam during re-testing week in July.

Under House Bill 5 (HB5), passed by the 83rd Texas Legislature and signed by the governor, high school students are now required to pass five STAAR EOC exams to meet graduation requirements. The five exams are English I (combined Reading/Writing), Algebra 1, Biology, English 2 (combine Reading/Writing), and US History.
