We accept nominations for the GT program throughout the year. You can download the nomination form here or pick one up in the front office.
GT Nomination Form
• Nominations for the 2013-2014 school year are due Friday, December 21, 2012.
• You will be notified of decisions in May.
• Kindergarten students do not need to be nominated as they are all screened.
• You will receive letters by the end of February regarding decisions.

Kristine Bone, GT Facilitator I have worked as a fourth grade teacher in LCISD at Austin, Huggins, and Hubenak Elementary Schools. This is my third year as a GT Facilitator, and I have a year full of exciting studies planned! My favorite thing about my job is my ability to see my students for many years, watching them grow in their learning and interests. I look forward to working with my GT students again this year!
Away from school, nothing is more important to me than my family. I have been married to my best friend, Todd, for over 19 years. We have two children, Sarah in 8th grade, and Matthew in 6th, who keep us extremely busy with sports and activities. Most weekends you can find me in the stands or on the sidelines of a game. Our family loves to travel. We enjoy exploring state parks and other camping areas.
I graduated from The University of Texas and I am an avid Longhorn football fan. I also enjoy reading, movies, baking, and spending time with friends.
